Under Tracy’s leadership Yee Hong was awarded a Private Career College license and implemented a certified PSW program.
Most recently, Tracy was the CEO of Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care, a not for profit organization that has 4 long term care homes, 1 life lease building, 1 rent geared to income housing solution, a 10-bed hospice and a widely respected community service which provided meals on wheels, transportation, home care and a resource centre for the general public. She was the President of Preferred Health Care Services, subsidiary of Sienna Senior Living, and this organization provided both government funded and private home care services. Over the past 12 years Tracy has focused on serving the seniors of Canada. Tracy is a seasoned health care executive with over 20 years’ experience leading across many sectors to include home care, long term care, seniors housing, hospital and community sector within the public, private and not for profit sector. He has been supportive of many charitable organizations in the GTA and has spear headed the development and planning of over 1 Million square feet of non-profit/charity operated seniors living projects prior to founding Lang Yi Foundation. Tran has strong relationships with an extensive network of philanthropic individuals and corporations. Corebridge is also currently developing an innovative 60 acre fully integrated mixed-use live-work community called Stouffville Commons, with over 1 million square feet of space comprising shared work space and maker space, innovation lab/incubator, a regional market, and residential uses.
More recently, he has developed Vista Park Place, an 115,000 square foot grocery anchored plaza with his partners Fieldgate Developments and the Longo’s Family. His experience spans all asset classes from high-rise residential projects including Milliken Centre, a residential condominium tower in Markham, to low-rise residential projects including the Luxury Manors of Unionville, Joy Square Townhouses in Stouffville, and Greensborough Village. Notably, Corebridge has developed South Unionville Square, the first Asian theme mixed‐use development in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) comprising of a total of 600,000 square feet of retail and residential space in an integrated complex of indoor mall, offices, a high‐rise apartment and townhouses. Wilson Tran is a Director and President of Corebridge Development Corporation with over 40 years of business and real estate experience.
